    • BIM & Information Management
BIM is a hype, consultancy firms earn good money advising their clients, but in the end it is nothing else than a way of working whereby consistent information is used in various systems during the full lifecycle of an asset. Our message: don´t make BIM overly complex, focus on the essentials. This forum has the aim to discuss BIM challenges and share thoughts and ideas on this broad topic.

    • Document Control & Collaboration
In both capital projects as well as asset operations documentation always is a critical success factor. It´s not just the ability to find documents and to ensure it´s the latest version, the majority of engineering documents need to go through sometimes very complex review and approval cycles. In today´s digital age being in control of such document lifecycles can´t and shouldn't be done with the help of Excel. In this forum we want to discuss how document control can be effectively organised and what tools and solution really add value.

    • FM & BIM
BIM isn´t something that´s just for construction projects. Why should it? BIM is a philosophy based on the principle that all project relevant data are processed in a common environment (not necessarily one single system!). Why shouldn´t one adopt a similar view for assets, being it a building, a shopping mall, a plant or whatever. A Revit model should be integrated with a asset management system and assets should be integrated with a document management system. The aim of this forum is to discuss how asset management can become BIM compliant what solutions are support this effectively.
